I'm Rhys - a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) providing manual driving lessons in Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and surrounding areas. I endeavor to make learning to drive with me a fun and enjoyable experience, learning at a pace that suits you and helping you achieve your goals.

I have lived in Stevenage all my life and I have excellent knowledge of routes around Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and surrounding areas.

I have been a driving instructor for over 7 years, intially working as a franchise of Bill Plant Driving School where I trained to become an instructor. I had a fantastic trainer called Chris who is very knowledgeable and helped me to develop my skills to a high standard by sharing his experience and techniques.

In April 2020, I decided to take the next logical step for my business and step way from Bill Plant Driving School to become an independent instructor. As of April 2021, I now operate under my driving school - Rhys' Driving School - teaching pupils in my Ford Fiesta ST Line X.

My tuition vehicle is equipped with professionally installed He-Man Dual Controls for extra safety, front and rear dash cams, additional rear-view mirror for myself and roofbox with clearly visible forward and rear facing L plates. My tuition vehicle also features air conditioning, half-leather seats with lumbar support, electric windows, ABS and power steering just to name a few.
